Okay so this year Jamie and I have decided we need to change our eating habits. We are slowly adding new meals. This week we tired a new salad for dinner meal. Over all we liked it. I found it on Sugar Free Mom. Mac and Jamie really liked this Grilled Chicken Broccoli Slaw Salad with Ginger Dressing. I did use sugar and not Stevia.

Wow it has been a long time since I took the time to blog anything. Hard to believe that another year has started. As usual I’m a little behind in getting my plans for the New Year together.
